The Robert Carlman Memorial Endowment fund has been established to assist Our Savior in carrying out it’s ministry programs.
The fund has been set up to accept gift contributions with the objective of generating income from the principal which is to be kept intact.
The Stewardship Committee will administer in accordance with priorities established by the congregation.
In accordance with Proverbs 3:9-10, we are to honor the Lord with our first fruits and in so doing our barns will be filled to overflowing. The core principle behind such planning is that God is the owner of all and we are simply caretakers while here on earth. The distribution of the treasures the Lord has bestowed on us should be based on Spiritual goals and objectives.
Wills, Trusts & Bequests
Our Savior can be provided with a charitable gift through each of these vehicles. If you have established them previously and the church is in your distribution plans please let your attorney know that we are a Mass 501c(3) organization. If you would like assistance in establishing one or more of these vehicles please inform the Stewardship Committee and the Financial Secretary.
If you have a life insurance policy that has outlived its usefulness, you may want to consider transferring ownership to the Church or making it a beneficiary. A tax deduction may be able to be taken as well. Please consult your CPA or tax attorney before you do.
Similar to a life insurance policy, an Annuity can be used as a vehicle to provide a tax deductible gift to the church.
